Employer branding is
a term referred to describe the Company's reputation and popularity from a
potential employer's perspective and describes the values the Company gives to
its employees. It
is about how they view the Company; from how you conduct yourselves in the
market, through to what they think it would be like to work for your Organization. Employer brand is seen as a critical
way to attract, engage, and retain the best people (Benta and Watras,
2019).

* Ignoring the Purpose of the organization
* Working on short term strategy
* Budgeting failures
* Failure to face Future Challenges
* Lack of competitive Skills / Products / Services
