* Not creating a proper job description.
* Failing to consider recruiting from within the company.
* Relying too much on the interview.
* Recruiting people less qualified.
* Rejecting overqualified candidates.
* Waiting for the perfect candidate.
* Rushing the recruitment process.
If a company is able to minimize above mentioned mistakes, it will lead to a successful recruitment process.
